Return your access devices in a padded envelope, with your name on it: the more secure and complete your package, the more certain you are to get your security deposit back.
Two main risks can prevent us from refunding your security deposit: a key set we can't identify, and access devices that tear through the envelope and get lost in transit.
1. Find the return instructions
At the end of your subscription, the app reminds you to send back your key set. Tap "Return Instructions" to find out how to send it back.
Do you have a badge? Where and when to return it: Badge-access car park: how do I cancel my subscription and return the badge?
2. Add your name
So we can identify your key set, write your name somewhere on or inside the envelope, especially if you no longer have the Yespark key ring. You can also add the name of your car park.
3. Choose a padded envelope
A plain paper envelope isn't enough: access devices can tear through it and get lost in transit. Send them in a padded envelope, like these.
💡 Only have one key to send back and no envelope like this? Tape the key to a folded sheet of paper, then slip it into a regular envelope.
