In your customer account on the website
How do I access my booking from the app?
➡️ Log in to your account, then tap the "Booking" tab.
How do I access my booking from my web account?
➡️ On Yespark.fr, log in to your account, then go to the "Bookings" tab.
Your booking is displayed with all its details.
You can cancel it directly from this page.
To extend your parking, simply book a new period right after the first one.
How do I access my booking from my email?
When your booking is confirmed, you receive a summary email.
👉 To view it, open your inbox and click the email titled: "Booking confirmation".
