Everything happens on your mobile phone.
Start by downloading the Yespark mobile app:
You'll find all the instructions for getting into your car park there.
To keep things simple, Yespark car parks open with your mobile phone only.
- If you have a smartphone: the Yespark app works as a digital remote control.
Here's what the digital remote control looks like (to enter or exit, just choose the access point and tap the matching button). The door can take a few seconds to open, so there's no need to tap several times:
- If you don't have a smartphone: you can download the app on your tablet or iPad, as long as you have an internet connection, and use it to open the car park.
- You can also open the doors by calling their phone numbers from your phone, with no internet connection needed. All our doors can be opened with emergency numbers.
Where? In the app on your mobile phone: go to the "Subscription" tab and tap "Enter/Exit". Tap the "i" for information on each access point: in the "Network problem?" section, you'll find phone numbers that open the doors with a simple call.
We also recommend writing the emergency phone numbers down on a piece of paper and keeping it in your vehicle, just in case.
However, you won't be able to use Yespark services if you have none of these options.
To let your customers, employees, or partners access your car park, we recommend generating temporary access links for them. They'll be able to get into the car park without downloading the app.
