If you have taken out a subscription, the monthly payment is due in full*. Unfortunately, you can't get a refund if you cancel partway through the month.
No additional fee is charged for canceling your subscription, which you can request in the app ("Subscription" tab > select the subscription in question > "Cancel Subscription") or from your web account ("Subscriptions" tab > find the subscription in question > "Manage" > "Cancel").
*If you wish to exercise your right of withdrawal during the first 14 days of your subscription, under Article L.221-18 of the French Consumer Code (Code de la consommation), and provided you have not waived it in order to use your subscription immediately, please send your request, together with the form below duly completed, to our customer service at retractation@yespark.fr to obtain a cancellation and a prorated refund of the monthly payment.
