You're only liable for the taxe d'habitation (French housing tax) if you have the use of an assigned spot. With Yespark, however, spots aren't assigned, only recommended: you can park in whichever spot suits you best, as long as it isn't declared as occupied by another subscriber.
So you aren't liable for the taxe d'habitation.
