To use the Yespark app, you need an internet connection on your smartphone.
This can be via Wi-Fi, 3G or 4G.
If you don't have one, the app will offer you another way to open your car park's doors.
You can also open the doors by calling their phone numbers from your phone, without any internet connection. In fact, all our doors can be opened with emergency numbers.
Where?
In the app on your phone: go to the "Subscription" tab and tap "Enter/Exit". Tap the "i" for each access point: in the "Network problem?" section, you'll find phone numbers that let you open the doors with a simple call.
Handy tip: Write down the emergency phone numbers for opening the doors on a piece of paper and keep it in your vehicle. That way, you can open the doors even if your battery dies, for example by borrowing a friend or family member's phone, as long as their number is registered in your account. ;)
