First, it's important to report the unauthorized parking to us through Assistance in the app. You can read the article that walks you through the process here >> My parking spot is occupied. What should I do?
Once you've reported it, the Yespark team works to identify the person responsible so the vehicle can be moved as quickly as possible.
How can you help us resolve it? 🙂
Most cases of someone parking in a rented spot are temporary, and sometimes a simple note on the vehicle pointing out the mistake is enough to get the spot freed up quickly.
So feel free to leave a short note on the windshield of the offending vehicle to let the driver know about the mistake!
2 options:
1 - You can leave a handwritten note. Here's an example:
"Hello, you are currently parked in a spot that is already rented by a Yespark subscriber! Please move your vehicle and do not park here again. If you believe you are already renting this spot, please contact Yespark as soon as possible by email at resident@yespark.fr. Thank you for your understanding"
2 - You can print the following note and leave it on the offending vehicle:
