You may see one or more charges on your account even though you have already requested to cancel your subscription.
There are several possible reasons, depending on your situation:
- You did cancel your subscription, but its last monthly payment had not been paid yet. We therefore retry the payment so that your account is brought up to date. Please note that under our Terms of Use (CGU), the monthly payment in progress when you request the cancellation is still due.
- You have a badge or a key to access the car park and you haven't returned it. Late fees may be charged in this specific case. If you have lost this access device, it's important to let us know through our contact form so that we can report it as lost and stop these fees. However, you will not be credited the security deposit, which will be used to replace this access device.
- Finally, it's also possible that you simply didn't cancel your subscription as you thought. In that case, please cancel your subscription directly from your account by following the article "How do I cancel my Yespark subscription?"
