If you notice that your spot is very dirty or cluttered, you can report it to us directly from the "Assistance" tab in our app!
2 options:
1) To report a cleanliness issue or bulky items anywhere in the parking garage:
Go to Assistance and tap: "Subscription" > "Assistance" > "Parking" > "Cleanliness / general condition of the car park" or "Obstructing item / abandoned objects"
2) To report a cleanliness issue or bulky items at your spot:
Go to Assistance and tap: "Subscription" > "Assistance" > "Parking spot" > "Obstructing items". Depending on availability, you may be able to switch spots.
You'll be asked to attach a photo showing the situation. Reports are then processed and forwarded to the owner of the parking garage.
