Cleaning, maintenance work, smoke extraction system servicing: the car park owner sometimes asks all users to move their vehicles out for a few hours or a few days. We let you know in advance and can offer you another car park while the work is being done.
You're notified in advance
Several times a year (around once or twice), car park owners ask all users to leave the car park for a few days so it can be cleaned. Maintenance work or work on your spot may also require you to vacate it.
Yespark lets you know the car park will be unavailable as soon as we receive the notice, so you can make arrangements to move out on the requested date.
Move your vehicle out on the date given
Your vehicle must be parked outside the car park so that the cleaning or work can be carried out in the best conditions.
Not available that day? Someone you know can move the vehicle for you.
⚠️ If your vehicle is in the car park during the cleaning, we cannot be held responsible if it is damaged during the operation.
Where to park during the work
We can offer you free temporary access to a nearby Yespark car park. Find a car park that suits you in the app, then write to us so we can set up your access.
📌 Parking costs elsewhere, on the street or in another car park, are not covered.
Compensation
If your spot is unavailable for several days, Yespark will offer you financial compensation equal to your monthly payment prorated for the number of days your spot is unavailable.
The work is taking longer than planned
Is your car park still inaccessible after the announced date? Let us know through the request form: we'll check with the owner and, in the meantime, we can offer you free temporary access to a nearby car park.
