If Yespark gave you an access device when your subscription started (an access badge, a pedestrian door key, a key to open a stop-park or a box), you must return it to us to get your security deposit back.
How do I return the badge?
It depends on what has been agreed with the owner of your car park. When your subscription cancellation takes effect, you'll receive an email and a text message with all the information you need to return the badge (by mail or by dropping it off).
Unless you've been told to do so, you can't hand the key over to the car park attendant. Otherwise, the badge could get lost and you wouldn't be able to get your security deposit back.
If you need to return your access devices by mail, you can't use Colissimo or Chronopost, as we don't receive these deliveries.
When should I return the badge?
Please return the badge as soon as your subscription has ended. You have two days after your subscription ends to send it back or drop it off and get your full security deposit back.
Unless otherwise specified, here is the address for returning the badge:
YESPARK
CS 80110
75480 PARIS CEDEX 10
If you're late, penalties will be charged to make up for the lost revenue on the spot, which can't be rented out again without the badge.
If you have trouble returning the badge, you can let customer service know through the contact form available here.
Please note:
Returning a badge does not cancel your subscription. If you're returning the badge because you want to cancel your subscription, you need to request the cancellation directly in the app or in your Yespark online account.
