Entrances to our parking garages are sometimes equipped with a keypad that opens them.
In most cases, the keypad is for entering the garage on foot.
However, some keypads are for leaving the garage with your vehicle. They're installed on the exit side when the garage has a network problem that prevents the app's digital remote control from working.
If you can't open the entrance with the keypad, here's what to check:
- Do you have the right code? You'll find it in your app.
Note: In some garages, the keypad code is changed every month. This is especially the case for 6-digit codes. You'll be notified by email whenever the code changes, though. Be sure to check your inbox 😉
- Does the keypad light turn green? If so, you have the right code, so the problem is somewhere else!
- Is the keypad damaged?
If you think you have the right code but the entrance won't open, be sure to report it through Assistance in the Yespark app: category > "Accesses / Badge"
Your report will be forwarded to the relevant team, who will handle it as quickly as possible!
