What is employee access sharing?
Access sharing lets you stay in control of who enters your parking garage by giving your employees individual access. You can select the parking garage and the spots each employee can access. This feature is only available in our parking garages that open by smartphone.
What should I do if access sharing isn't working for one of my employees?
- Make sure you actually gave them access! 😅 The most likely explanation is that you haven't created employee access for them. The following article explains in more detail how to share access with that employee.
- You may also have removed access sharing for this employee. If so, give them access again from the main account's interface.
- Check that your employee is logging in with the right credentials and with the email address authorized to log in as a guest account.
