Depending on your needs, you can give one of your loved ones access to your spot. The Family account lets you share your remote control with your loved ones.

You can activate this option:

- When you take out your subscription

- From your subscriber dashboard

How to activate the Family account option when you subscribe:

When you subscribe, you can add our additional services to your subscription: just click the "Add" button to add the option to your subscription.

How to activate the Family account option from your dashboard:

Go to "Services and options" in your Yespark online account:

Then, in the Family account option, click "Subscribe":

Next, add a new member by clicking "Add member access"

Just fill in the details and specify which family member it is:

How can my loved ones access the car park?

Your loved one will then receive this email:

They'll need to click "Complete registration" and fill in the details.

They'll then be able to access the car park immediately from the Yespark mobile app:

How many loved ones can I invite?
You can add up to 5 members to your Family account.

How much does it cost per month?

The option costs €2 incl. VAT for the first 2 members and €3 incl. VAT from the 3rd member onward.

The cost of your option will be added to the service fees on your invoice.

How do I remove a member's access?

Just log in to your customer account, then go to "Services and options" in your Yespark online account:

Then, in the Family account option, click "Manage":

Just click the red cross to remove the access you want.



A pop-up will confirm that the access has been removed.
