Are you a tenant in a building where the Yespark service has been set up? Yespark doesn't interfere in any way with the lives of the people who live there. Find out here how the service works in broad terms and how it interacts with the building's residents.
Why is Yespark in the building where I live?
Because many parking spots are available, your landlord has partnered with Yespark, which rents out parking spots by the month to individuals. The Yespark service monitors and limits, in real time, the access rights of its subscribers to the parking garage. So don't worry: we know our customers, and we can step in if the rules of good conduct aren't followed. 😉
What's more, filling more of the garage's spots means better security for everyone: more activity naturally makes it harder for insecurity to take hold.
You'll find the list of all the monthly parking garages in France offered by Yespark here.
I'm a tenant: what does Yespark change for me or for the other tenants?
People who rent a spot through Yespark live in the neighborhood and will subscribe to the parking garage for several months. So they aren't intruders: we know who they are.
In addition, we provide our subscribers with a code of conduct to keep things friendly and make sure the parking garage runs smoothly for both residents and our subscribers.
There are very likely already people renting spots in your building who don't live there. Filling more of the parking spots means better security (users are around more often, which is reassuring).
The system installed by Yespark, which lets subscribers open the door from their smartphone, is secure and independent of the traditional access system.
Your building's maintenance costs are included in Yespark users' monthly payments (door operation, elevator, garage cleaning).
If you have any questions, feel free to email us using our contact form. We'll be happy to tell you about our service. 🤗
As a resident of the building, you still have priority if you want to rent a parking spot from your landlord.
