How do I subscribe to an additional spot in the same car park?
To subscribe to one or more additional spots in your car park, simply go back to the "Search" tab in the app and subscribe again from that car park's page.
How do I manage my two or more subscriptions in the app?
If you want to check information specific to the subscription for one of your spots, simply select that subscription in the app:
You'll need to repeat this step whenever you want to switch from one subscription to another. 🙂
You can then:
- view your subscription terms (renewal date, cancel)
- manage your spot (change spots, report someone parked in your spot)
- transfer your spot / subscription to another car park.
If you don't see your new subscription, simply sync your app: recent changes may not have been taken into account yet. This should fix the problem.
Go to "Account" ⇾ "Synchronize"
I want to subscribe to more than 5 spots!
