No cellular network when it comes to opening doors/gates? Don't worry, there is a solution!
A. If your phone looses complete network as you get closer or into the car park. Try to open the gate from a further distance away or look for an internal switch to open the gate.
B. If you have phone coverage but no internet, then the application will automatically propose a phone number to call and after 5 tones, the gate will open. In fact, all our doors can be operated with emergency numbers.
Otherwise? From the Yespark application on your mobile phone: Go to the "My Parking" tab and click on the "Subscription" tab. You will find phone numbers that will allow you to open doors with a simple call. Make sure the calling phone is registered in your app, otherwise it will not allow you to open the gate. To add a phone go to "Account" -> "Share my remote control".
Also, do not hesitate to write the emergency numbers on a piece of paper and leave them in your vehicle if you need them.
In the event of a total lack of network in the car park, you can inform us by e-mail from your application, or at firstname.lastname@example.org.
However, we invite you to have a telephone charger in your vehicle.
Please note that if you are inside the parking lot, then all exit doors bringing you out are lock-free, meaning you can get out easily without being locked in.
