Several options are available:
Lend someone's phone and connect to your account and open the gate.
You may ask a close friend or family member to connect to you account and open the gate from home.
Contact customer service (7 days a week): we can open the door remotely.
To avoid this kind of inconvenience, however, we invite you to have a telephone charger in your vehicle ;)
Please note that if you are inside the parking lot, pedestrian access to exit the parking lot is lock-free in the direction of the exit.
