If your space is occupied when you arrive at your car park, don’t worry 🙂
Here are a few steps you can follow to resolve the situation:
1️⃣ Report the occupied space via the Yespark app
📲 Go to "Subscription" > "Assistance" tab > "Space" > "My space is occupied by another vehicle".
This will allow our team to handle your report and identify the owner of the vehicle occupying your space.
2️⃣ Parking solution provided
Following your report, a parking solution will be offered directly in the app:
🔹 If you are in your trial period:
A new space will automatically be assigned to you so that you can continue parking without interruption.
* With Yespark, your subscription gives you access to the car park and its available spaces, rather than a permanently allocated individual space.
🔄 If the proposed space does not suit you:
You can change it and select another available space directly from the app.
🅿️ If another space is available in your car park:
You will be able to select it directly in the app.
📍 If your car park is full:
We will offer you a temporary space in another nearby Yespark car park, at no additional cost.
* Only if a car park is available within a 2 km radius with access via the Yespark app.
3️⃣ Leave a note on the vehicle ✍️
Sometimes, a simple note left on the vehicle can quickly resolve the situation.
By reporting the issue via the app, you can provide us with all the necessary information to process the case, while also receiving initial parking solutions.
📩 Our Customer Service team will get back to you to inform you once your space has been freed.
If the car park is full and no alternative parking solution is available, you will need to wait until the space becomes available again before parking in the car park.
📋 Steps to report an occupied space in the app:

🔎 The registration number of the vehicle occupying your space will help us identify the person concerned.
It is therefore important to provide it.
Following your report, you will be able to:
✔️ Change to another space within the same car park (subject to availability) at no additional cost.
N.B.: If your original space becomes available again, please let us know so you can reclaim it directly via the app.
✔️ If your car park is full, benefit from a temporary Yespark car park (subject to availability within a maximum 2 km radius) at no additional cost.
Most cases of occupied spaces are temporary, and simply informing the driver of their mistake with a note on the vehicle is often enough for the space to be freed quickly.
⏳ If the app is unable to find a parking solution for you, we will contact you as soon as possible.
