If upon arrival you find your parking spot being occupied, please inform us as soon as possible through the Yespark mobile application:
Go to "My parking" > tab "Helpdesk" > "Parking spot" > "My parking spot is occupied".
You will then have the opportunity to:
Temporarily change parking spot in the same car park (depending on availability)
If the car park is full, we will offer you intermediate solutions, another parking in the vicinity for example, etc....
Go to the "Helpdesk" tab of the Yespark application -> "My parking spot is occupied".
Then follow the step-by-step instructions.
