🆘 Need help in a parking?
If you experience an access issue or if your vehicle is immobilized, please use the Assistance tab in the app.
Your report is automatically sent to the dedicated team.
Immediate phone assistance may be offered if the situation is urgent.
📱 The Assistance tab also allows you to report any issue with your parking space or within the parking
(equipment, access, malfunction, etc.).

📞 When can you call us?
For your safety, our phone line is reserved for emergencies only and is accessible via the app.
❗ What is considered an emergency?
It is an emergency if:
you or your vehicle are blocked in the parking;
you are inside and the access gates won’t open;
your vehicle is stuck in a parking box or blocked by a stop-park.
In these cases, please call us immediately ☎️
📲 How can you call us?
In case of an emergency:
Go to the Assistance tab in the app;
Submit your report;
A solution may be offered immediately;
A full diagnostic is sent to our team;
If needed, a phone number will appear to contact a support agent.
👉 This allows us to help you faster and more efficiently 🚀
💡 Once your report has been submitted, a pop-up will appear.
In case of emergency, click “Call an agent”.
💬 Another request?
In most cases, contacting us in writing is the easiest and fastest solution ✍️
This allows us to:
📂 keep a record of your request and history;
💳 efficiently handle billing or subscription creation / cancellation;
📸 manage parking-related issues (lighting, cleanliness, unauthorized use, etc.) by receiving photos and useful information;
🅿️ better assist you in choosing a parking or a subscription.
⏱️ We usually reply very quickly in writing — most often within a few hours on weekdays, with a team also available on weekends 🙂
📞 What about phone calls?
These rules remain flexible. If a phone call is necessary to resolve your situation, we see contact you.
