When you subscribe, a parking spot number is automatically assigned to you. You can find it:
📱 On your Yespark app
✉️ In your confirmation email
✅ Important: Yespark does not rent a fixed spot, but always guarantees an available spot in the parking lot. Your spot may change over time.
Choosing a New Spot
You can then freely change your spot among the available spaces:
🅿️ The list of available spots will appear.
👉 Simply click on the spot you want to reserve.
⚠️ If no spots appear, the parking lot is full. You’ll need to wait until a spot becomes available before you can change.
From the Mobile App
📲 Open the app and go to Subscription
⬇️ Select your subscription and scroll to the bottom
✏️ Tap “Change Spot” to view the available spaces
From Your Web Account
💻 Go to the Subscriptions tab
🔧 Click Manage → Change Spot to view and select a new spot
💡 Tip: Changing your spot is instant and updates immediately on your app and web account.
