🛑 How to cancel your Yespark subscription ?

🛠️  Where do I cancel my subscription ?

You can ask for the cancellation of your subscription at any time using your Yespark app:

1. Open the app and go to the “Subscription” section

2. Find the subscription you want to cancel

3. Scroll to the bottom and tap “Cancel”

4. Choose a reason for cancellation

    

👉 You can also cancel from your Yespark web account :

• Go to “Subscriptions”

• Click “Manage” → “Cancel”

• Choose a reason for cancellation

📅When your cancellation becomes active ?

• Yespark subscriptions are monthly, so any month that has started must be paid in full.

• If you cancel in the middle of a month, you will keep access to your parking space until the end of the current paid month.

• The subscription will not renew the following month, and you will not be charged again.

📌 Example: If your subscription renews on the 10th of each month, and you cancel on February 25th, you will continue to have access until March 10th.

📧 Confirmation Email

After cancellation, Yespark will send a confirmation email.

• If you do not receive the confirmation, the cancellation was not successful.

• In that case, please try again or contact Yespark support via the contact form.

⏱️Trial Periods

• You can also cancel during a trial period.

• Cancellation is immediate and you will not be charged.

• If you do not cancel within 48 hours, the trial is confirmed and the subscription begins normally.

   

⚠️ Important Information

• Cancellations are not accepted by :

   

  • Letter

  • Phone

  • Email

     

• All subscriptions must be cancelled via the app or the web.

   

• Cancellation is free, and no fees are charged for the request.

   

📩 Right of Withdrawal (14 Days)

If you wish to exercise your right of withdrawal within the first 14 days of your subscription, in accordance with Article L.121‑18 of the French Consumer Code, and provided that you have not waived this right to immediately benefit from your subscription, please send your request with the completed form below to our Customer Service at retractation@yespark.fr to obtain a cancellation and a pro‑rata refund of the monthly fee.
