If you no longer use your spot but your partner, someone close to you or your future tenant wants to take it over, that's possible.
There are two options:
- It's temporary: you can share your access with someone else (we explain everything here).
- It's permanent: simply cancel your subscription and give the person who wants to take over the spot the exact date and time your subscription ends. They can then log in at that very moment and take out a subscription. If the car park was full before, they will get your spot as soon as it becomes available.
Unfortunately, an active subscription can't be transferred to another account. 😕
