What are visitor access links?
Visitor access links let your customers and employees access your car parks without needing the mobile app. It’s that simple!
It’s an essential feature for car sharing (Getaround, Turo, etc.).
This feature is only available in our car parks with smartphone opening and for customers on the Business or Premium plan.
How do I get a visitor access link?

Go to your web account: Professional > Visitor access and car sharing
Find the link for the car park in question and copy it.
If you use Getaround, you can copy and paste this link into the vehicle access instructions sent before the rental starts. Remember, this link must stay private!
For any other use, you can simply send this link by email.
What will my visitors see?
The first time your visitor clicks the link, they’ll need to enter their first and last name:
They’ll then see the information they need to find the car park and open its doors.
If you rent several spots in the same car park, they’ll all be shown here so your visitors can park freely in any of them.
