If another vehicle is parked in one of your spots without authorization, follow the steps below:
Option 1: You're an administrator and you don't have the license plate of the vehicle in your spot
Don't worry, you can change spots in just a few taps!
Go to the "Parking" tab and tap "Change Parking Spot".
Option 2: You're an administrator and you can report the unauthorized vehicle to us
This is the best way for us to step in!
Go to the "Parking" tab, then "Assistance", and tap "Parking spot" to report the unauthorized vehicle: we can then identify the vehicle's owner and get the spot cleared.
We then instantly find a solution tailored to you.
If a spot is available in your car park, we'll show it to you right after you report the unauthorized vehicle.
If not, we'll offer you free parking in another car park nearby.
