🔌 What is the minimum consumption fee?
The minimum consumption fee applies when a charging station hasn't been used for a full month.
It applies if your monthly consumption is below 25 kWh.
💡 Why does this fee exist?
Yespark is committed to offering one of the lowest kWh prices on the market.
To keep this rate, each charging station has to reach a minimum level of consumption so that we can buy electricity on the best terms.
The minimum fee keeps this balance.
💶 How much is the fee?
The minimum fee is €15 including VAT.
It's automatically added to your invoice if your consumption for the month is below 25 kWh.
📅 Does the fee apply every month?
No. It doesn't apply during your first month or during your last month of subscription.
📈 Will this fee increase my invoice?
If you use more than €15 worth of kWh, there's no impact on your invoice.
If you use less than €15 worth of kWh, your invoice will be adjusted to €15 including VAT.
🧾 What if I have several Recharge subscriptions?
The minimum consumption is calculated on your total invoice, not subscription by subscription.
Example:
You have 3 spots equipped with charging stations.
If the consumption of a single spot is enough to exceed the overall minimum, no fee will be added for the others.
