Accessing your Yespark car park is quick and easy 👌
Depending on your situation, there are several ways to open the car park access.
📱 1. From the Yespark app
- Open the Yespark app and log in with your email address.
- Go to the “Reservation” section.
- When your booking starts, the “Enter/Exit” button will appear.

Tap this button to open the parking barriers.
❗ Important: the “Enter/Exit” button only shows up at the start of your reservation.
📩 2. From the confirmation email
After completing your reservation, you’ll receive a confirmation email with every information you need to know to access the parking :
- Your parking address and reservation details
- Instructions for parking access

A digital button to access the digital remote control page
❗ Important: this button gives you access to a temporary digital remote control.
By clicking on it, you will be redirected to a page allowing you to open the car park access remotely 🚗
📌 The digital remote control becomes available 5 minutes before the start of your booking and only works during your booked time slot.
📍 From your online account
You can also find the same access link in your Yespark online account:
- Log in to your account
- Go to the “Reservation” tab

Click “Actions”, then “Access the parking”
You’ll then be redirected to the page with your digital remote control to open the barriers.
⏱️ Please note: the link only becomes active at the start time of your booking, not before.
