There is indeed a specific sequence to follow. 😉
1. I tap the card on the reader
2. The light on my charging station turns green
3. I can safely unplug the cable (it can be a little stiff, so don't hesitate to pull firmly!)
❗ IMPORTANT: you must first stop charging at the station with your badge and wait for the station to turn green before unplugging the cable. Otherwise, the cable may get stuck.
If the cable gets stuck, don't panic: contact our team, who can restart the station remotely to release it.
