There is indeed a procedure to follow to plug in and unplug correctly from your charging station and make sure your vehicle charges properly!

Just follow these steps:

1. I first plug the cable into my vehicle and into the charging station

2. I tap the badge on the reader above the light

3. The station lights up blue: my vehicle is charging!

❗ IMPORTANT: Make sure the cable is properly plugged in at both ends before activating the station with the badge.

You may need to use a bit of force to plug the cable into the ReCharge station.
