Our Recharge charging stations have a badge reader: it's important to place your badge in the right spot, otherwise charging won't start.
The reader is located above your charging station's light: the light is normally green when you arrive in the car park and once your vehicle is plugged in.
Just pass the badge over the light: the station will unlock and the light will turn blue (make sure you plug in your vehicle first)!
