When a renter subscribes on our website, their subscription starts and their trial period begins.
It lasts 4 days:
- 2 days to get the access devices to them (shipping time from the Yespark team and delivery by La Poste)
- 2 days to check that the parking spot suits them.
If they don't cancel during this trial period, their subscription is confirmed and they're charged monthly on their credit card.
The trial period is part of the Yespark promise and is mandatory. It keeps the listing attractive. This short trial period is generally offset by renters' subscriptions lasting several months: the average subscription on Yespark lasts 11 months.
