You can cancel even if your badge hasn't arrived yet. What you need to do next depends on where the shipment is: check its tracking first.
Your badge is still on its way
Track the shipment from the email “Your parking access devices have been sent” by tapping “Track package”.

You canceled before receiving the badge
If the badge had already been sent, it will still be delivered to you. Even though your subscription is canceled, send it back as soon as you receive it, following the instructions in the cancellation email: How do I return the badge, pass, or key I received?
📌 The return deadline in the email falls before the badge arrives? Let us know using the request form: we'll take it into account for your return deadline.
The badge was never delivered to you
If the tracking shows that the shipment was returned to us or was never delivered to you, you have nothing to send back and no penalty applies. Write to us: once we've checked, we'll refund your security deposit.
Your first monthly payment was charged even though you never received the badge? Tell us in the same request: we'll review your file.
The tracking says “delivered,” but you didn't receive anything
- Check with your building's caretaker or at the nearest post office: the package is sometimes left there.
- Still nothing? File a claim with La Poste, the French postal service (3631), then write to us with the claim number.
You're asked to return a badge you never had
Some car parks open only with the app, without a badge. If no access device was sent to you, disregard the return request: you have nothing to send back. If in doubt, write to us.
