Yes: your booking is valid for the entire time slot you booked. You can arrive after the start time, or leave before the end time, without changing anything.
Arriving after the start time
Access to the car park is active from the start of your time slot: you can enter later, at any time during your booking. The important thing is not to go past the end time.
Arriving before the start time
Entry isn't guaranteed before the start time: the remote control becomes available 5 minutes before your booking starts, and the spot may still be occupied. To arrive earlier, change your booking's start time if the app offers you this option, or make an additional booking that covers your arrival time.
Leaving before the end time
You can leave the car park whenever you like, without changing your booking: it ends automatically at the scheduled time. Unused time isn't refunded, because a booking that has started can no longer be canceled or shortened.
💡 To exit, use the "Enter/Exit" button in the app, even if the gate is already open: this makes sure your exit is recorded.
Think you might leave after the end time?
Extend your booking before it ends: in the "Booking" tab, tap your booking, then "Edit Booking". You can also do this from your online account. Entering and exiting during your booking
