These messages are sent automatically. Most of the time, you just need to check where your vehicle is. Here's what to do depending on your situation.
Your vehicle has already left the car park
Don't worry: this is an automatic reminder. Your vehicle isn't at risk.
Did the message arrive after your booking ended? Your exit probably wasn't recorded. Let us know that your vehicle has left, using the option in the email you received or in the app with "My vehicle is already out of the parking lot": your booking status will be updated.
Your vehicle is still in the car park after your booking has ended
Open your booking in the app and tap "I am still in the parking lot" ("Still in the car park?" on iPhone). Confirm the overstay to regain access to the car park: you'll then have 15 minutes to drive your vehicle out. The overstay fee is charged to the card used for the booking. See What are the penalties if I overstay my booking?
You're parked in a spot that isn't yours
Move your vehicle to your spot, or to one of the spots indicated for your booking, as soon as possible, then let us know. Was your spot taken? Report it in Assistance: see My parking spot is occupied. What should I do?
⚠️ A vehicle left in a spot that isn't assigned to it may be towed.
You're parked in your own spot
The message may have been sent by mistake, for example if a license plate was read in a neighboring spot. Reply to us with a photo of your vehicle parked in your spot: we'll check and fix the situation.
📌 Your spot number and level are shown in the app: on your subscription page, or on your booking's remote control.
