Your spot number doesn't match anything on site? It's often a numbering issue. Here's how to find your spot, and what to do if you still can't find it.
1. Check your spot number and level
Your spot number and its level are shown in the app, on your subscription page, and in your confirmation email.
- Different numbering: the numbering in the app sometimes matches the car park's internal reference system. On site, your spot may have a longer number, for example 1038 for spot 38.
- Free placement: if your subscription says “Free placement,” no specific spot is assigned to you. Park in any free spot marked with a Yespark or Zenpark sign.
📌 Your subscription isn't free placement? Your spot is assigned to you: don't just park in another spot, even if it looks free.
2. Report it through Assistance
- In the “Subscription” tab, open your car park and tap “Assistance”.
- Choose “Parking spot”, then “I can't find my spot”.
The app offers you a solution so you can park. On our side, we check the location and signage with the car park manager.
💡 Attach a photo of the location and of the numbers visible around it: it helps us locate your spot faster.
3. Change spots if needed
If other spots are available in your car park, you can choose another one at no cost: in the “Subscription” tab, tap your subscription, then “Change Parking Spot” at the bottom of the page. See How do I change parking spot?
Did you park somewhere else in the meantime?
Tell us the number of the spot where you parked: we'll note it and confirm what to do next.
