Flex: How do I create a booking?

  • Log in to the Flex app with your credentials, or with single sign-on (SSO) if your company uses this sign-in method

  • Once you're logged in, tap the "Book a spot" button

  • Fill in the requested information:
    1. Your vehicle
    2. Start date and time
    3. End date and time

⚠️ Make sure you follow the rules set by your company. The ✅ or ❌ icons next to each rule show you at a glance whether you meet it. If you don't meet all the rules, you won't be able to book a spot.

  • Tap the "Book" button to create your booking
