Once we receive the access devices, we share your parking listing with our base of potential renters and on your platform. A spot on Yespark rents in 5 days on average.
Getting your access devices back is easy: just go to your partner dashboard and click "Actions", then "Récupérer la place" (Take back the spot):
You'll then be asked for your mailing address.
If your spot isn't rented yet, we'll send your access devices back within 3 business days, at our expense. So you're free to rent out your spot through another channel at the same time!
If a rental is in progress, it takes 30 days to get your spot back. We take care of contacting the renter, collecting your access devices and sending them back to you.
