If the renter loses or breaks your parking access devices, we transfer to you the security deposit charged to the renter when they took out the subscription.
This security deposit is €60.
To get new access devices and deactivate the old ones, just contact your building's property manager (syndic).
If the new access devices cost more than €60, we'll cover the difference when you send us the purchase invoice for the new access devices.
Note that this rarely happens.
