Your first monthly payment is charged at the end of your 48-hour trial. Your following monthly payments are then charged every month on your subscription's start date. This date can't be changed.
Your payment schedule
During your first month of subscription, you get a 48-hour trial (two days). If you confirm your trial in the car park, your first monthly payment is automatically charged at the end of those 48 hours.
However, your subscription starts on the day you sign up: that's the date used for the payments of the following months.
Example: you subscribe on January 2.
- January 2 and 3: this is your trial period.
- January 4: if you haven't canceled, you're charged your first monthly payment, which covers January 2 to February 2.
- The 2nd of every month: you're then charged every month until you cancel your subscription.
📌 So your second payment comes less than a month after the first one. That's normal: your trial days are part of your first monthly payment.
Can I change the payment date?
No. Payments are made on your subscription's start date, that is, the day you signed up, and this date can't be changed.
Where can I see the amount of my next monthly payment?
In the Subscription tab, open your car park: the Monthly Subscription section shows the amount of your next monthly payment.
Not enough funds in your account?
If you don't have enough funds in your account, you'll be given a few extra days to sort it out. Still, feel free to let us know in advance using the request form.
