Your account has been blocked for a specific reason, which we explain to you by email. Most of the time, it's because of an unpaid balance: pay it and your account will be unblocked automatically.
Several situations can lead to an account on our platform being blocked, temporarily or permanently. In every case, we send you a message to let you know and to explain why it was blocked. Didn't receive it? Check your spam folder.
Why is my account blocked?
- An unpaid balance: we're waiting for one or more invoices to be paid.
- Excessive use of the trial period: the free trial is for testing a spot before committing to a monthly subscription, not for occasional short-term parking.
- Multiple accounts: we detected that several accounts were created.
- Abusive behavior was reported, and we had to take preventive action against your account.
Your account is blocked because of an unpaid balance
Pay the outstanding amount(s): your account will be unblocked automatically. All the steps: My payment hasn't gone through. How may I resolve the issue?
⚠️ If the balance isn't paid, the subscription is automatically canceled after the 4th failed payment attempt (usually about 11 days after the due date). Your spot is then no longer guaranteed.
Your account is blocked for another reason
Read the situation described in our email and reply to it so that we can restore your access to the platform. Please tell us:
- how you'd like to use our car parks;
- which car park you'd like to park in;
- which account you'd like to use our service with.
To verify your identity and unblock your account, please also attach a copy of your ID and of the vehicle registration certificate (carte grise).
Our team will then review your situation: depending on the reason for the block, the suspension may be lifted or maintained.
💡 Only need to park for a few hours or a few days? Choose a short-term booking rather than a subscription trial.
One account per user
Under our Terms and Conditions of Sale (CGV), creating multiple accounts on our platform is strictly prohibited:
(Art 6.1) "The User expressly undertakes to register in their own name and on their own personal behalf. Each User may hold only one account."
Once your account is unblocked, use only the account linked to your subscription so that it doesn't get blocked again.
Your account is unblocked, but the app hasn't changed?
Recent changes to your account may not show up in the app right away. Sync your app: on the "Account" tab, tap "Synchronize". See How do I sync my app?
📌 Email us from the address linked to your account, or include it in your message. If you sign in with Apple, give us the phone number or license plate saved to your account instead. Without this information, we can't find your account.
