To give renters the best possible experience, including fast delivery of their access devices, we need to have your access devices before we open your parking lot for bookings.
Which access devices should I send?
- The vehicle access (usually a remote control)
- The pedestrian access (Vigik badge, key), except in certain cases:
- if pedestrian access is by keypad code only
- if pedestrian access is unrestricted
- if your pedestrian access is only a universal key, we may consider listing the spot with vehicle access only, provided it is secure enough for pedestrians. Send us a photo of the vehicle entrance so we can assess it.
How do I send the access devices?
If you chose to receive the prepaid Yespark envelope, just slip your access devices into the envelope and drop it in any mailbox to send it back to us. Easy!
If you preferred to send us the access devices yourself, you must send them by tracked mail to the Yespark address we gave you by email. In your envelope, please include your name and the note "parking xxx", replacing xxx with the ID shown in the email we sent you.
Can I drop off the access devices in person?
No, our offices are not set up to receive visitors.
How soon can I get the access devices back?
As long as the spot isn't rented: within 3 business days; otherwise within 30 days, from your partner dashboard. Return shipping is completely free for you. Learn more
What happens if my access devices are lost or broken?
If your access devices are lost or broken, Yespark will reimburse you €60.
Access devices can usually be duplicated on simple request to your building's property manager (syndic) and cost less than €60.
